Is The Force Unleashed that bad?

I wanted to pick up The Force Unleashed but I've read all these reviews for it and they're saying it's not that great. Should I get it?

It's not that The Force Unleashed is bad Orbit... it's just not great.
If you're a star Wars fan you would have already picked it up. It has a great story, one that's better than some of the films.
The Force is a hell of a lot of fun to play with. You can take control of everything not nailed down and even a lot of things that are. You can build up a Force Ball in your hand and blow open doors, send enemies flying to the moon and blow up Tie Fighters, X-Wings and R2's.
But there a lot of problems when cutscenes aren't being shown.
For one, the camera is extremely difficult to control. Move it in the slightest direction and not even The Force can help you reposition back to a more appropriate view.
The light saber battles are not a lot of fun. You only have one button designated to light saber attacks so you're going to be mashing that non-stop during these one-on-one events.
It can also be a bit difficult locking on to objects. You're not always going to be able to pick up the object you want to but this is only a small gripe because anything you pick up will cause damage to your foes.
So my advice? If you can pick it up at a bargain price then you won't regret it. But I don't think it's worth recommended retail price unless you're a die hard Star Wars fan.
May the Force be with you.
