No questions today as this will be last post for a couple of weeks while I play catch up on a lot of games I've bought but haven't played yet.
Anyway while I'm saying Merry Christmas I wanted to offer some advice to people still doing the last minute shopping - there are a lot of games that aren't new releases that would still be considered an awesome Christmas present.
Games like Mass Effect which is now dirt cheap at a lot of places. It's a must play title for any gaming fan.
Or how about Fear. With Fear 2 coming early next year this is the best time to familiarise yourself with one of the best horror shooters out there.
If you're after something a little less violent then grab yourself a copy of Lego Star Wars on the Wii. It's much better than Lightsaber Duels and a lot more fun.
Platinum games are a treat... Heavenly Sword is now at the right price but there's also Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted and Metal Gear.
Viking Battle of Asgard is a solid beat em up worthy of a looksee.
Or how about the PS2 SingStar collection which now works with PS3 SingStars. Get on it people right before New Years.
So yes there are some solid games out there at the moment like Gears 2, Resistance 2, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2, Littlebigplanet and so on and so on but these titles listed above would also make anyone pretty happy next Wednesday.
