What games are worth looking out for this year?

Where do I start? It might take a while, but when you think about it, this year is going to be another awesome year of gaming.
First up is Resident Evil 5 due out in March. This will be huge when it arrives. Resident Evil 4 was what the series needed to keep it alive and RE4 ended up getting ported a few times so fans would get more playtime with it. But Resident Evil 5 is giving us a whole new setting and what looks like an awesome next-gen experience.
Then there's Killzone 2... probably the PS3's most hyped game. Again, it's looking awesome and one that will appeal to all FPS fans. Multiplayer has been shown off and looks to have more depth and rewards then any other title on the market now. I especially love the way you can put currency down on a game to see who will win or lose. Very nice.
Ghostbusters is also coming out this year and after the last trailer I was pretty impressed with how it's coming along.
Prototype is another title that's looking great. Not sure if it's coming out this year but it sees you as a shapeshifter that can cause all kinds of destruction.
Another one worth keeping an eye out on is Infamous on the PS3. It's like a darker version of Crackdown. You're given a city and you decide whether you'll complete missions in a goody-two-shows way or an evil despicable way.
There's also Mad World, House of the Dead, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Uncharted 2 and Doom IV.
There's also stuff I don't even know about that are bound to be announced like Splinter Cell Conviction, a new Hitman game, a new Ratchet and Clank game, a new Zelda or Mario game, Assassin's Creed 2 and so on and so on.
