Zelda in 09?

Dr Game,
Is there going to be a new Zelda game this year?

Nothing has been announced yet Shane but if I had to hazard a guess I would guess some kind of Zelda game will come out this year but it won't be a true title.
I'll also go as far as to predict that a Zelda title will come out on the DS and a novelty Zelda game will hit the Wii. There you go, a crazy prediction, probably not the last for the year.
The reason I have this crazy notion is that there was a new peripheral patent leaked online and it was allegedly linked to a Zelda game - so that's why I believe a, let's call it lame, Zelda title will come out this year compared to something like Twilight Princess.
As for the DS title, I think it's more likely they'll bring out something for DS which doesn't cost a lot to make and has more of a hardcore audience these days compared to the Wii. So that's why I'm taking a guess and thinking if a real Zelda game is going to come then it will arrive on the Wii.
But who knows what game Nintendo will pull out next - I'm guessing it will involve some sort of peripheral...
